Labor Relations Committee
Identifies issues and initiates advocacy actions on a range of labor
policy issues with the Service Contract Act, including SCA Directory of
Occupations, Wage Determination, and Health and Welfare Fringe Rates.
Monitors the Davis-Bacon Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the
Family Medical Leave Act.
