PSC Membership Elects New Leadership for 2010; Honors Members for Outstanding Service

Arlington, VA – The Professional Services Council (PSC) elected new members, and re-elected continuing members, to its Board of Directors and Executive Committee at its Semi-Annual Board of Directors and Annual Membership meeting on December 16. The PSC Board of Directors is responsible for policy oversight and setting the direction of the association.
 
Mac Curtis, President and CEO, Vangent, Inc., was elected chairman of the association. Paul Cofoni, President of U.S. Operations, CACI, was elected vice chairman. Isiah Harris, President, AMERITAC, was elected secretary. Rod Mateer, Partner, Deloitte & Touche, was re-elected as the association’s treasurer.
 
In addition to the officers, the following PSC members will serve on the Executive Committee in 2010: Dave Amoriell (ACS), CG Appleby (Booz Allen Hamilton), Gail Bassin (JBS International), Jerry Briggs (Accenture), Bonnie Carroll (Information International Associates), Ed Casey (SERCO), Angela Drummond* (SiloSmashers), Larry Cooley* (MSI), John Hillen (Global Defense and Technology Systems, Inc.), Andy McCann* (HP Enterprise Services), Jim Sheaffer (CSC), and Bob Vincent (VW International). (* new member of PSC Executive Committee)

New members of the board elected to 3 year terms are:
Barbara Kinosky (Centre Consulting), Marc Andersen (Ernst & Young), Sudhakar Shenoy (IMC), Neil Albert (MCR), and Maria Proestou (Delta Resources, Inc.).

Current board members elected to new 3 year terms are:
Gail Bassin (JBS International), Larry Besterman, (TWD), Pamela Braden (Gryphon Technologies), Leon Brooks (Allied Protection Services), Mel Chaskin (Vanguard Research), Paul Cofoni (CACI), Lee Cooper (Raytheon Technical Services), Ellen Glover (ICF International), Linda Gooden (Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Services), Joe Hunt (Westat), Dan Johnson (General Dynamics IT), Rob Jones (High Performance Technologies), Jay Killeen (SAIC), Andrew McCann (HP Enterprise Services), James O’Neill (Boeing), Les Rose (L-3 Enterprise IT Solutions), David Rosenblum (CH2M Hill), James Schaeffer (DDL Omni Engineering), James Sheaffer (CSC), Donna Sibley (Sibley International), Stanton Sloane (SRA International), and Julia Susman (Jefferson Consulting Group).

In addition, PSC honored three individuals with PSC Achievement Awards. Mike Love of CSC and Booth Jameson of HP Enterprise Services, who served as co-chairs of the PSC Government Affairs Committee for the last several years, were honored for their leadership in one of the association’s most valued and effective committees.  Jerri Shaw of JBS International was honored for her leadership as chairperson of the Annual Conference Committee for the past three years.
