The ASC tools TF!™ and SeeSOR™ integrate many activities required in executing a performance-based service contract acquisition cycle, from PWS/SOO development to standardized requirements-based Bidding Modules and on to post award performance, requirements and amendment management. TF! and SeeSOR close the Customer and Service Provider information gap that adds expense and causes delays and frustration. TF! and SeeSOR are currently being actively used by the US Departments of State and Defense, as well as other government agencies around the world.
