Environmental due diligence is rapidly becoming a vital part of both government and company processes. It can identify obvious or hidden benefits, as well as compliance gaps and other potential risks. The 2010 PSC General Counsels Forum will explore current issues and applications and provide a framework for service contractors to use for analysis and future actions.

in GSA's FAS Office of Acquisition Management, has agreed to be our
resource speaker. Emile was the lead for the "Section 13 Working Group"
providing recommendations on applying the President's Executive Order
13514 on Sustainability to contracts.
