Specifically for those who are responsible for company communications, media relations, public relations, and marketing, this group shares information and best practices and discusses the trends and challenges facing our industry. PSC provides the Communications Network with a forum for sharing talking points on major issues as they emerge and promoting the work of our industry.
Attendees will help set the 2017 Communications Network agenda and receive a special presentation on “Top High Growth Marketing Strategies for 2017” from Hinge Marketing, a branding and marketing firm for professional services companies. Liz Harr, Partner at Hinge, will share key findings from Hinge’s latest high growth study on how government technology and professional services firms are achieving growth through marketing and business development. In this presentation, Liz will provide practical, actionable marketing strategies that government services industry firms can readily implement and insights into questions such as:
- How are firms who sell to the government differentiating themselves?
- How do government contractors prioritize marketing spend?
- Which marketing techniques are providing the greatest impact?

Elizabeth Harr is an accomplished entrepreneur and experienced executive specializing in brand management for successful business growth. As a partner at Hinge, she leads Hinge’s practice that focuses on branding and marketing strategies for technology services firms that serve both the commercial and federal space. Prior to joining Hinge, Elizabeth co-founded a Microsoft solutions provider company and grew it into a thriving organization that became known for its expertise in Microsoft customer relationship management.
