PSC Shares Industry Perspectives at DoD DPAP Contracting Conference

On June 27, PSC presented industry perspectives on the Importance of Sections B, C, L, and M to the Industry Decision-Making at the Department of Defense, Defense Procurement & Acquisition Policy (DPAP) Contracting Conference in Leesburg, VA.
 
DPAP asked PSC to conduct a “reverse industry” session similar to a session that was held at the DHS Reverse Industry Day in January. During the one hour session, PSC member company panelists discussed the dynamics of each section of a draft solicitation on industry behavior. PSC Executive Vice President & Counsel Alan Chvotkin moderated the session.
