James Millar

Associate, Research and Analysis
      

James Millar serves as PSC’s Research and Analysis Associate. He conducts federal spending analysis on behalf of both member companies and PSC leadership to support the association’s advocacy efforts. James also works closely with PSC’s senior staff to explore emerging issues in defense policy, acquisition, and data analysis.

Previously, he worked as a Fulbright Scholar in Azerbaijan. James completed his Master of Security Studies at Georgetown University in 2020 and his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Michigan State University in 2016.
