Government Competition

With every administration, the issue of public-private competition—be it through competitive sourcing (A-76), insourcing, defining inherently governmental and critical functions, determining roles for contractors in the blended work force, or the use of Federally Funded Research and Development Centers—is a significant focus for government reform. PSC has been a leader in advocating fair, balanced policies and clear, understandable execution and measurement of public-private competition to ensure that the best decisions are made for taxpayers.
