PSC Group Rate:
Run-of-House (includes main hotel and guest houses): $335
Requests for specific guestrooms or deluxe accommodations can be made by adding the following amounts to the nightly run-of-house room rate (based on availability):
Superior room - $90 per room, per night
Deluxe Room/Junior Suite - $140, per room, per night
Spring Cottage Row - $190, per room, per night
Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival to obtain a refund.

In addition to the paid activities that PSC is offering, The Greenbrier offers a number of indoor and outdoor activities for its guests. Bowl, swim, tour the world-famous bunker, golf, hike or enjoy afternoon tea...there is plenty to do for everyone!
The Greenbrier Check In/Check Out Policy:
Check-in: 4pm; Check-out: noon
Resort Fee: The Greenbrier has reduced the resort fee by 50%. The following services and amenities are included in the daily resort fee: Morning coffee service, afternoon tea, historical tours, recently released movies shown in the movie theatre, on-property transportation, daily newspaper delivery, wireless internet connectivity, champagne toast and hors d’oeuvres in the Casino Club each evening, use of the fitness center, use of the resort’s indoor and outdoor pools, local and toll free phone charges and entertainment provided by the Casino Club.
Cancellations: Individual reservation cancellation, “failure to show”, late arrivals or early departure will cause forfeiture of deposit, unless written cancellation or changes in date are made fifteen (15) days in advance of scheduled arrival date.
Parking:
Self-parking is complimentary; Valet parking is $20 per vehicle, per day.
Internet:
Daily wireless guest room and meeting room internet is complimentary.
