Functions as an information resource for PSC member company executives and, as issues warrant, publishes members-only summaries of key legal trends or events that affect the industry. The committee has also overseen the submission of Amicus Curiae briefs on PSC’s behalf and has focused on government contract compliance matters, issues related to contractor employees deployed in zones of conflict, and special human resources issues including those relating to security clearances for contractor employees. Includes one working group.
