Formed at the request of the Air Force, this partnership with the USAF Program Executive Officer (PEO)/Services works to identify critical success factors relating to services acquisition and practical tools to improve the Air Force's acquisition of services. Focuses primarily on human capital issues, A-76 implementation, performance-based services acquisitions, and innovative business models.

Army Contracting Agency Task Force
Provides a forum through which critical contracting issues can be raised and discussed among senior Army and industry representatives. Defense Acquisition University Task Force
Implements PSC’s partnership with the Defense Acquisition University, under which PSC is working directly with DAU on key training and education needs and opportunities. PSC has developed and will be delivering for DAU a module on business risk and management to be included in DAU’s new required level II acquisition certification course for services acquisitions.

Health and Human Services Task Force
Identifies pressing acquisition policy issues affecting member companies that provide professional and technical services to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its agencies. Provides member companies with opportunities to share best practices regarding HHS activities and a forum to discuss emerging HHS business issues with senior HHS and HHS-component officials.

Homeland Security Task Force
Focuses on the acquisition policies and strategies of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Conducts programs to inform PSC member companies about DHS policies and initiatives, and serves as a forum for greater dialogue between PSC and DHS.
