PSC President Stan Soloway was named to represent industry on this congressionally mandated panel, charged with reviewing the government’s approach to outsourcing in general and OMB Circular A76 in particular. Chaired by Comptroller General David M. Walker, the panel is slated to deliver recommendations to Congress in May 2002.
