Overview: Achieving Successful Implementation
of TO/IDIQ Law and Regulations
The enactment and implementation of 1994s acquisition
laws (FASA) changed the way the government utilizes task order
(TO) and indefinite deliver/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
With the new regulations, contractors have experienced inconsistent
application of the law as they interact with their various
