The 2009 PSC Spring Conference was a huge success, with nearly 200 participants and an outstanding line-up of expert government and industry presenters.

Attendees heard from keynote speakers Joe Sikes, Housing and Competitive Sourcing Director for the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment, and Randy Fowler, Assistant Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Materiel Readiness. Marty Brown, the new Director of Fleet Support at SPAWAR, spoke at lunch. Additionally, Rear Admiral Raymond E. Berube, Commander, Naval Inventory Control Point, and Maj. Gen. Robert Radin, Commanding General, U.S. Army Sustainment Command, served on our panels with other government and industry representatives, which generated highly substantive dialogues and insights.
