On December 11, 2006, new acquisition
regulations were issued, revising the procedures for using Time
& Materials contracting in the federal marketplace. These
significant rules, effective February 12, 2007, will require
contractors and agencies to revisit their practices when
contracting for services on a T&M basis. Don’t miss this
essential program that will explore this significant new
contracting practice.
