The Defense and Intelligence Council (D&IC) leads PSC’s efforts with the intelligence community (IC),
Office of the Secretary of Defense, military departments, and defense agencies. D&IC is the principal PSC
forum for members to engage with federal government decision-makers and provide input on acquisition
policies and programs.
