Elaine Luria
Please join PSC as we host a meet and greet with Congresswoman Elaine Luria, who represents Virginia’s Second Congressional District. Prior to her election in 2018, Rep. Luria served two decades in the Navy, retiring at the rank of Commander. She serves as the Vice Chair of the House Armed Services Committee, and is a member of the Committees on Veterans' Affairs and Homeland Security.
