Tracy Cormier 
Assistant Director (AD), Operational Technology and Cyber Division, Homeland Security Investigations, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Tracy Cormier exercises oversight of the enterprise wide Law Enforcement Technology; uses, R&D, purchasing and deployment, the global Cyber Investigations program; policy development, implementation and oversight as well as training of all cyber investigators and analysts dedicated to cyber forensics, intrusions or digital technology facilitated criminal activity. Additionally, she oversees HSI’s enterprise wide investigative databases, big data project and global information sharing. Prior to this role, she was Assistant Director for Mission Support. Earlier roles with HSI include Special Agent in Charge (SAC) for the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area as well as other assistant and deputy SAC roles.

Vice President, Civilian Agencies
Bradley J. Saull is Vice President for Civilian Agencies at the Professional Services Council, where he leads the association’s policy and programming for federal government civilian departments and agencies with a particular focus on the Departments of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, and Health and Human Services. He has led and coordinated numerous federal acquisition training programs in a “Reverse Industry Day” format where industry shares acquisition lifecycle perspectives on topics such as the company bid/no bid decision, innovation and contract administration post award.

ABOUT THE CIVILIAN AGENCIES COUNCIL
The Civilian Agencies Council focuses on the acquisition policies and strategies of the civilian agencies, including the departments of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, Health and Human Services, Energy and others. The Civilian Agencies Council conducts programs to inform member companies about civilian agencies’ policies and initiatives, and serves as a forum for greater dialogue between PSC and the civilian agencies through regular meetings, timely programs, and various other forums.
