From 4-5pm on Tuesday, January 15, PSC will host a call for those interested in discussing the proposed FAR rule that was published on December 4, 2018 relating to the limitation on subcontracting, entitled "Federal Acquisition Regulation: Revision of Limitations on Subcontracting."
