PSC To Dissect DoD's Section 3610 Policies and More

DESCRIPTION
PSC is pleased to sponsor a moderated discussion concerning the Defense Department’s CARES Act Section 3610 reimbursement policies, plus trends to watch, and what other avenues for contractor recovery exist. The panel will feature Isaac Natter, DoD’s Associate General Counsel (Acquisition & Logistics), who served as lead DoD counsel for the department’s “Section 3610” issues; David Robbins, co-chair of Jenner & Block’s Government Contracts Practice, who will discuss other avenues for contractor recovery and program schedule relief in conjunction with Section 3610; and Alan Chvotkin, PSC’s Executive Vice President and Counsel.
