PSC Foundation Event: DOJ Procurement Collusion Strike Force

PSC Foundation Event: DOJ Procurement Collusion Strike Force

DESCRIPTION
Join the PSC Foundation on February 23, 2021 as we welcome Daniel Glad, Director of the Department of Justice Procurement Collusion Strike Force. Director Glad will provide an update on strike force activities, including relevant statutes, elements of a robust compliance program, and potential “red flags” of interest to investigators such as the role of subcontractors as well as unbalanced bid patterns. Director Glad’s remarks will be followed by an in-depth discussion of what the strike force means for industry and best practices for industry compliance.

A review of the strike force’s achievements are available here.

This session is a follow-up from the January 22, 2020, PSC Foundation forum with U.S. Attorney G. Zachary Terwilliger for the Eastern District of Virginia as well as PSC member law firm Vinson & Elkins.
