Colleen R. Allen is the Acting Assistant Administrator for the Bureau for Management and is responsible for oversight and general management of several Bureau offices. She has over 20 years of experience in the public sector and is a member of the Senior Executive Service. Among the topics Allen will discuss include:  how USAID is planning for its workforce of the future - given all the changing dynamics resulting from Covid, the racial equity movement, the emphasis on local partners, and the role of the new Deputy Administrator for Management and how that position will interact with M.
