MEETING DESCRIPTION Join PSC on Tuesday, February 17 at 1:00pm EST for an in-person (or virtual) Homeland Security Task Force meeting with Rebecca Taylor, the Deputy Assistant Administrator of the Office of Enterprise Modernization within the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Ms. Taylor is responsible for the agency's efforts to advance enterprise transformation, digital maturity, and responsible integration of artificial intelligence across mission and business operations. She oversees the acquisition and implementation of a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) CRM platform incorporating AI-enabled automation and advanced analytics to replace legacy systems, enhance case management, and strengthen enterprise-wide data interoperability. She is also driving the development and execution of the enterprise modernization roadmap, aligning AI adoption, emerging technologies, and digital initiatives with mission objectives, IT strategy, and federal governance standards. She will discuss DEA's efforts to advance digital maturity, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise technology integration, as well as the role of industry is helping them achieve this mission.
