Martha McKune, Assistant Director of Policy for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), will be the guest speaker at the PSC Contract Finance and Cash Flow Committee meeting this Wednesday, September 26, 2018. She will discuss DCAA’s initiative on “improving communications with industry” and other DCAA “hot topics” relating to services contracting. In addition, the Committee will discuss the DFARS 8/24/18 proposed rule on progress and performance-based payments, its ongoing work on contract closeout, and key provisions in the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act. Additional agenda items are welcome and can be sent to policy@pscouncil.org. 

About CFCF
This committee identifies issues and initiates advocacy actions on a range of issues associated with government contract payments/financing, cost accounting standards and cost principles, government audit policy, and contract reconciliation. Oversees PSC's partnership with DCMA, DCAA, and DFAS.
