Available exclusively for PSC members, this briefing is an in-depth presentation by PSC executive staff on recent developments related to Executive Order 14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors. The release of contract clauses and class deviations—specifically on implementation of vaccination mandates and for incorporation into new solicitations and contracts beginning on October 15—have spurred many questions within the government contracting community. Many of these developments can greatly impact recruitment, retention, and promotion of contractor employees and may have serious financial and legal implications for services contractors.
