PSC POLICY LEAD Ryan McDermott Vice President, Defense and Intelligence Ryan P. McDermott is the Vice President for Defense and Intelligence for the Professional Services Council (PSC) where he manages the Defense and Intelligence Council as well as leads advocacy of legislative proposals that support contractors focused on both sectors. Mr. McDermott most recently served in the Department of Defense as the Principal Director for Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy (MIBP) and previously as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management & Comptroller. Prior to his Pentagon service, Mr. McDermott served as a senior financial analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton and previously worked as an investment banker at Evercore Partners.
