What will the conference platform look like? The conference will be presented over a trusted professional events platform. If you’ve used any video conferencing solution in the past, this platform will offer similarly recognizable tools. The 2022 Conference platform mockup is coming soon! Check out the 2021 Conference platform mockup below. Questions about how to use the platform? Check out our tips to successfully attend the conference.
What is new about the 2022 conference? Just like in 2021, the 2022 Vision Federal Market Forecast Conference will be held virtually! The online conference will allow everyone in the PSC community to participate safely. On December 7-8, attendees will be able to engage with and participate in as many sessions as they would in a traditional on-site conference.
How do I register? The registration process remains the same. Click here to register. The PSC team will ensure that you have all that you need leading up to the conference. The virtual access link will be sent to attendees the day prior to the conference.
How much does it cost to attend? $695 for members $895 for nonmembers
How long is the virtual conference? The 2022 Virtual Vision Conference will run 7 hours per day. From 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. What is the difference between "Scheduled Sessions" and "On-Demand Sessions"? "Scheduled Sessions" will air on the virtual platform live at a designated time on December 7th and 8th. The time that these sessions will air will be indicated on the agenda page on the virtual platform. "On-Demand Sessions" will be available for viewing on the platform at any time starting on December 7th. Will I have Post-Conference Access to all "Scheduled Sessions" and "On-Demand Sessions"? Yes! There will be Post-Conference Access to all "Scheduled Sessions" from December 7th and 8th, as well as the "On-Demand Sessions". These recordings will be made available for two months following the conference. You will access these recordings on the same platform and in the same manner that you accessed the day of sessions. Please allow up to an hour for the recordings to be made available on the virtual platform.
How will the "Scheduled Sessions" work? Just like an in-person conference, the "Scheduled Sessions" will begin at specific scheduled times. Speakers will present through a live video stream that will begin automatically once you’ve clicked your individual access link. As an attendee, you will have access to a variety of widgets on that same screen including Group Chat, Q&A and handouts. You will be set to listen-only mode (muted and without the ability to share your webcam). Once registered, we will provide more direct and detailed guidelines for navigating this virtual experience.
When will the agenda be available? Our conference agenda and list of speakers is now available in the 'agenda' tab of this website. But check back frequently as sessions and speakers can change!
Can I share my registration link with another member of my team? No, the registration link cannot be shared. The virtual platform is designed to send registrants unique links to access the 2022 Virtual Vision Conference. This means that only paid registrants will have access.
