Marielle Roth is the Research and Analysis Associate with the Professional Services Council (PSC), where she mines, models, and analyses federal procurement and spending data in support of PSC’s advocacy and education efforts. Prior to joining PSC, she worked with the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), supporting such projects as investigating small businesses in federal contracting and developing a framework for artificial intelligence in a national security context. She also worked with the Department of Homeland Security in the Office of Policy, focusing on DHS’s PPBE process and opportunities for “jointness” within the department, and developing tools to better inform budget and related trade-space discussion. Marielle holds an M.A. in Security Studies from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a B.A. in Mathematics from Goucher College.
