PSC Congratulates 2020 Fed 100 Award Winners

Arlington, Va. (Feb. 5, 2020) The Professional Services Council (PSC) congratulates the recently announced winners of the 2020 Fed 100 list. The prestigious honor, now in its 31st year and sponsored by the voice of the federal IT community, FCW (Federal Computer Week), recognizes individuals who work tirelessly to improve the federal IT field.

The list of honorees includes individuals from 14 PSC member companies and the PSC Board, and PSC’s President and CEO, David J. Berteau. Mr. Berteau became the President and CEO of PSC on March 28, 2016. Under his leadership, PSC helps Congress, the media and the public better understand what the government does and why it matters, while emphasizing the importance of full-year appropriations being in place at the start of each fiscal year (instead of continuing resolutions or shutdowns).

During the FY19 partial government shutdown, Berteau led PSC’s work on full-year appropriations and reopening the government, with congressional testimony and media coverage on the impact of the shutdown.

“On behalf of PSC, I congratulate all of the winners who consistently demonstrate a commitment to improving our industry,” said David Berteau, PSC President and CEO. “I’m very pleased to see PSC members and contractors recognized on this list, and I am honored to be part of this incredible list of 2020 awardees. The federal IT community collaborates and responds to the ever-evolving digital world, and contractors play a vital role in getting the work done on behalf of the government.”
