On Tuesday, September 2, PSC submitted comments to the Office of Management and Budget regarding the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 31 Model Deviation – Contract Cost Principles and Procedures. In its comments, PSC recommended amending FAR 31.205-46(a)(3)(iv) to increase the receipt documentation threshold from $75 to at least $100 for all Other Direct Costs, not just travel per diem expenses, and to explicitly prohibit the government from requesting documentation below the threshold.
