Is proof of vaccinate required to attend the PSC Annual Conference?

What are the latest masking guidelines at the Greenbrier?
Vaccinated guests are not required to wear masks. Unvaccinated guests are required to wear masks. Greenbrier staff, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear masks.

What is included in my conference registration?
Access to the conference, sessions, receptions, and all meals. Hotel cost is separate. Additional activities like golf and wine tasting are separate.

What is the attire?
Business casual attire is encouraged for all meetings. Regular business attire (jacket and tie) for men and cocktail attire for women is required only for the Chairman’s Banquet. 

What does the spouse/guest fee cover?
Spouses and guests are welcome at the conference. The fee provides the spouse or guest the opportunity to participate in the networking receptions, breakfasts, lunch and dinners.

What activities are spouses/guests allowed to attend?
Spouses/guests can sign up for any of the activities. Spouses and guests are invited to all networking receptions, breakfasts, lunch and dinners.

What is the cost of parking at The Greenbrier?
Valet parking is $25.00 per vehicle, per day. Self parking is complimentary.

What time does golf start?
The tournament begins at 11:00 am, but be on course by 10:30 am.

Where is the course?
The Old White Course is located on property. 

Is there a shuttle to the course?
There is a shuttle that picks up from the north entrance of the hotel. The golf course is also within walking distance on property.

How do I get to the sporting clays class and what time does it start?
Guests will catch a shuttle to the gun club at the North Entrance of the Hotel at 12:45 pm. Class starts at 1pm.

Where will the wine tasting activity be held and what time does it begin?
It will be held in the Crystal Room and will begin at 3 p.m.

Are all sessions included in the conference fee?
Yes, all regular sessions are included in your conference registration fee. 

Are there options for my strict dietary requirements?
The majority of our conferences include buffet style meals, with a variety of foods. If you require a special diet, please contact Jean Tarascio at or 703-875-8059.

Cancellation Policy for In Person Registrants
If received on or before September 22, cancellations of in-person conference registrations will result in a full refund of conference fees. There will be no refunds for cancellations after September 22. 
If requested on or before September 22, transfers from in-person to virtual attendance will result in a refund of the ticket-price difference. There will be no refund for such requests after September 22. (Please note that transfers from in-person to virtual registrations cannot be cancelled for refund; sales are final.) 
Registration transfers to another person within your company are accepted at any time.
Room reservation cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival and must be coordinated directly with the Greenbrier.
How far away is The Greenbrier from D.C.? 
The drive from the DC area is about 4 hours.
