What is the attire?
Business casual attire is encouraged for all meetings. Regular business attire (jacket and tie) for men and cocktail attire for women is required only for the Chairman’s Banquet and Sunday Social in the Casino. Please note, the Greenbrier does not permit jeans or work out attire in the Main Dining Room for breakfast.

What does the spouse/guest fee cover?
Spouses and guests are welcome at the conference. The fee provides the spouse or guest the opportunity to participate in the networking receptions, breakfasts, lunch and dinners.
What activities are spouses/guests allowed to attend?
Spouses/guests can sign up for any of the activities. There is an event created especially for spouses and guests on Monday afternoon. Spouses and guests are invited to all networking receptions, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
What is the cost of parking at The Greenbrier?
Valet parking is $25.00 per vehicle, per day. Self parking is complimentary.
What time does golf start?
The tournament begins at 11:00 a.m., but please plan to be on the course by 10:30 a.m.
Where is the course?
The Old White Course is located on property.
Is there a shuttle to the course?
No, the golf course is located on property.
How do I get to the sporting clays class and what time does it start?
Guests will catch a shuttle to the gun club at the front entrance of the hotel at 12:45 p.m. Class starts at 1 p.m.
Where will the wine tasting activity be held and what time does it begin?
It will be held in the Crystal Room and will begin at 3 p.m.
Are all sessions included in the conference fee?
Yes, all regular sessions are included in your conference registration fee.
Are there options for my strict dietary requirements?
The majority of our conferences include buffet style meals, with a variety of foods. If you require a special diet, please contact Jean Tarascio at email@example.com or 703-875-8059.
Cancellations must be received prior to March 30, 2018 to receive a refund. Refunds will not be granted after March 30, 2018 nor will they be given to no-shows. PSC will transfer a registration to another employee without penalty. Please email cancellations or transfers to Jean Tarascio at firstname.lastname@example.org.
