Frequently Asked Questions

What happened to my registration from the original conference dates of April 26-28? 
This conference was originally scheduled for April 26-28 and is now scheduled for October 21-23 and will be held VIRTUALLY. If you had already registered to attend the conference and still plan on attending the virtually, there is nothing you need to do at this time. Your registration will be transferred. If you had booked a room at the Greenbrier in the PSC block, your room has been automatically canceled and you will be refunded. However, if you made reservations at any of the Greenbrier dining outlets or the spa, you will have to contact the Greenbrier directly to cancel 855-262-5813.

Are all sessions included in the conference fee?
Yes, all regular sessions are included in your conference registration fee. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received prior to October 16, 2020 to receive a refund.  Refunds will not be granted after October 16, 2020 nor will they be given to no-shows.  PSC will transfer a registration to another employee without penalty. Please email cancellations or transfers to Jean Tarascio at
