  Jennifer Santos 
Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Industrial Policy, Department of Defense
Appointed in June 2019, Ms. Jennifer Santos currently serves as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Policy (IndPol). In this capacity, she is the principal advisor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment for analyzing the capabilities, overall health, and policies concerning the industrial base on which the Department relies for current and future warfighting capabilities. IndPol is also responsible for developing the Department’s position on the business combinations and transactions, both foreign and domestic, that shape and affect national security.

Mr. Chao is a founding partner of Renaissance Strategic Advisors and a co-founder of Enlightenment Capital. He brings three decades of aerospace/defense strategy management consulting, investment banking, equity analysis, investing, and policy analysis expertise. Prior to establishing RSAdvisors, Mr. Chao was the Director of Defense-Industrial Initiatives at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington D.C.-based, non-partisan defense and foreign policy think tank, from 2003-2007; where he still remains as a Senior Associate. Full bio.
  Lou Crenshaw
Founder and President, Crenshaw Consulting Associates, LLC
Lou retired from partnership at Grant Thornton, LLP in 2013, where he was the Principal with responsibility for the firm’s national Aerospace and Defense practice, coordinating the delivery of tax, audit and business advisory services to over 50 clients.  Prior to this role, Lou served as the partner responsible for the Defense and Intelligence practice within the Global Public Sector of Grant Thornton, where he had experience managing and directing Defense/Intel  teams throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) to include the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Defense Agencies, military services and national intelligence agencies.  Significant engagements included U.S. Marine Corps Audit, Washington Headquarters Service advisory services, Defense Logistics Agency A76/MEO support, Missile Defense Agency accounting support, Navy BRAC support and numerous strategic sourcing efforts throughout DoD.
  Peter Cunniffe
Vice President of Strategy & Planning, BAE Systems, Inc. 
Peter joined BAE Systems from Booz & Company (formerly part of Booz Allen Hamilton), where he advised leading aerospace and defense companies on strategy and program management.  Previously, Peter served in business development, policy, and engineering roles in industry and government.  As director of sales and marketing at Hughes Electronics, Peter helped build a satellite services start-up business that was eventually sold to PanAmSat.  Prior to Hughes, Peter served as a professional staff member on the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology, a systems engineer at TRW, and a senior staff member at MITRE.
  Tom Eldridge

Mr. Eldridge is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He is responsible for market intelligence, strategy support and business development, internal and external communications, marketing communications, and corporate social responsibility. He joined SAIC in 2009 following a distinguished career in the federal government, which included serving on the staff of the National Security Council, and as staff director for the U.S. Special Envoy for Middle East Regional Security at the U.S. Department of State. Full bio.

Michael S. Lewis is Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for CACI International Inc. In this role, he supports the company’s strategic focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as a driving force in CACI’s growth. Prior to his arrival at CACI, Mr. Lewis served as Senior Vice President, Government Services Aerospace & Defense investment banking at Seabury Group, LLC. As CALIBRE’s President, Richard Pineda is responsible for establishing and overseeing the company’s strategic direction; establishing corporate policies; and managing the overall business, financial performance, and CALIBRE’s long-term growth. Mr. Pineda comes to CALIBRE through the company’s recent acquisition of Spear, Inc., a professional Information Technology (IT) solutions provider. He also serves as the President of SPEAR, A CALIBRE Company. Prior to his current position as CALIBRE’s President, Richard served as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spear, Inc. Under Mr. Pineda’s leadership, Spear was one of the fastest growing privately held firms in the federal contracting industry, and was known for its IT expertise in the areas of cyber, data analytics, network, and end-user support. Full bio
  Douglas Williams
Director, Corporate Strategy and Business Development, Lockheed Martin
Douglas (Doug) Williams is the Director for Enterprise Business Pursuits for Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this position he leads cross corporation initiatives in emerging mission and capability areas, such as autonomy, laser weapons and hypersonics. Previously, Mr. Williams was the Director of Strategic Planning for Lockheed Martin, where he led environmental forecasting, market surveillance, competitive positioning, portfolio analysis, strategy development, and long-range opportunity analysis for the corporation.

Bruce Stephenson is Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Leidos.  He was the former Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer for Maxar Technologies, a space systems and services company.
