Dr. Mara Karlin
Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategy, Plans and Capabilities
Dr. Mara E. Karlin is the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategy, Plans, and Capabilities. She is responsible for advising the Secretary of Defense and other senior defense leaders on national security and defense strategy; the forces, contingency plans, and associated posture necessary to implement the defense strategy; emerging capabilities; and security cooperation plans and policies, to include strategy and policy for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. Dr. Karlin ensures that the Department of Defense (DoD)’s program and budget decisions support and advance senior DoD leaders’ strategic direction, especially as articulated in defense planning guidance.
  Pierre Chao
Founding Partner, Renaissance Strategic Advisors
Mr. Chao is a founding partner of Renaissance Strategic Advisors and a co-founder of Enlightenment Capital. He brings three decades of aerospace/defense strategy management consulting, investment banking, equity analysis, investing, and policy analysis expertise. Prior to establishing RSAdvisors, Mr. Chao was the Director of Defense-Industrial Initiatives at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington D.C.-based, non-partisan defense and foreign policy think tank, from 2003-2007; where he still remains as a Senior Associate. Full bio.
Dan Corbett
CEO, Valiant Integrated Services
With over 20 years of experience, Dan Corbett serves as Chief Executive Officer of Valiant Integrated Services. Prior to joining Valiant, Dan was Vice President Operations of PAE, a role that included leading the overall strategy development and implementation for a division with over $1B in revenue. Prior to this position, Dan served as the Chief Financial Officer for PAE’s Global Logistics and Stability Operations (GLSO) business unit, a global organization of nearly 8,000 employees. Dan’s career started at Lockheed Martin where he held positions of increasing responsibility in business, operations and finance.
Jon Dorn
VP, Business Development and Strategic Planning, Intelligence and Security, BAE Systems
Jon Dorn is the vice president of business winning (business development, capture, and proposal operations) for the Intelligence & Security (I&S) sector of BAE Systems, Inc. I&S is comprised of 7,000 employees across the United States. The business provides large-scale systems engineering, integration, and sustainment services across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains for the U.S. Department of Defense, intelligence community, federal civilian agencies, and troops deployed around the world. Jon has more than 37 years of high-tech marketing, sales, and business development experiences in Government and commercial markets. Previously, he served as the vice president of business development for BAE Systems’ C4ISR Systems business.
Adam Harrison
SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development, Amentum
Adam Harrison serves as the senior vice president and head of strategy and corporate development for Amentum. In this role, Adam is responsible for leading the development and execution of Amentum’s corporate growth strategy including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) related initiatives. Partnering with Amentum leadership across the company, he ensures strategic business plans are aligned and successfully executed. Prior to joining Amentum, Adam was the vice president of strategy and corporate development at PAE where he was responsible for all facets of the company’s corporate and M&A growth strategy. Before joining PAE, he previously served as principal at Renaissance Strategic Advisors where he advised clients on corporate strategy, market research and mergers and acquisitions within aerospace, defense, and government services markets.
John Heller
CEO, Amentum
John is the Chief Executive Officer of Amentum, which provides a broad array of technical and management services to the U.S. federal government and other national governments worldwide. His responsibilities include planning, organizing and controlling the company’s operating activities on all seven continents. In addition to leading Amentum, he is responsible for strategy and business growth, emerging technology and offerings development. Prior to Amentum, John was the president and chief executive officer of PAE, where he led the company’s transformation into an industry-leading provider of services to the U.S. government. He previously served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Engility Corporation after the company was spun off from L-3 Communications. Before Engility, John served as president of the professional support services division of L-3 Communications. Before joining L-3, Heller held several leadership positions at Harris Corporation, including president of Harris IT Services. He also served as CEO of Netco, Inc. and president and chief operating officer of Multimax, Inc.
  Vince Holloway
Vice President Defense Information Technology Services, TetraTech
Vincent Holloway is Vice President for Defense Information Technology Services at Tetra Tech where he is responsible for strategic investment, business growth, and capability development in the Federal IT Group.  Vince has 38 years of experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in various technical, management, and leadership positions. Prior to joining Tetra Tech, Vince was a program manager, strategic consultant, and subject matter expert across multiple markets in Booz Allen Hamilton. Over 15 years, his clients included US Strategic Command, Defense Information Systems Agency, Missile Defense Agency, and several US Army organizations including Training and Doctrine Command, Program Executive Office Command Control Communications Tactical, Network Enterprise Technology Command, Human Resources Command, Recruiting Command, and Cadet Command.
 
Tony R. Jimenez
President & COO, JRC Integrated Systems
Tony R. is the President and COO of JRC Integrated Systems, Inc. He is responsible to the CEO for leadership and management of JRC to implement its mission and core values. In addition to leading the company’s financial metrics, business goals, and objectives, he is responsible for establishing policies to support the company’s culture and vision. As COO, he works to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Tony and his team are passionate about the success of his customers and his employees.
  Roman Schweizer
Managing Director, TD Cowen
Roman Schweizer joined Cowen Washington Research Group in August 2016 covering defense policy issues. He held previous positions at Guggenheim Securities and MF Global. Mr. Schweizer has over 15 years of experience in Washington, DC, serving as a government acquisition official, industry consultant, and journalist. Prior to joining Washington Research Group, he was an acquisition professional with the U.S. Navy’s littoral combat ship program. Previously, he directed a team providing congressional and media strategic communications support to senior Navy officials on high-profile ship acquisition programs. Mr. Schweizer has also consulted on U.S. and international defense, aerospace, homeland security, and technology market sectors to Fortune 100 clients on behalf of DFI International and Fathom Dynamics LLC.
Tina Wilson
CEO & Founder, T47 International
A respected strategic planning and policy consultant, Ms. Wilson has extensive experience in working with senior leaders seeking to drive change in their organizations. As a skilled facilitator and change agent, her work includes managing large-scale, mission-critical projects in the federal defense and non-profit sectors.   Cari Bohley
Vice President of Talent Management, Peraton
Cari Bohley joined Peraton in January 2022 as the vice president of talent management.  In her role, she is responsible for learning and leadership development programs, performance management, culture and engagement, and succession planning. While she spent a few months in the financial sector just prior to joining Peraton, Cari has spent much of her career in the government services sector with organizations that support our nation’s most important missions, including SAIC, CGI and Robbins-Gioia. This has allowed her to develop and hone her skills across multiple HR functions including onboarding, leadership development, performance management, culture, employee engagement, merger and acquisition integration, HR compliance and learning programs.
  Lynn Ann Casey
CEO, Arc Aspicio
Lynn Ann Casey is an entrepreneur and innovator with a 29-year career driving innovation for government agencies at the state, local, Federal, and international level. In 2004, she founded Arc Aspicio – an innovative strategy, management, and technology consulting company focused on finding innovative solutions to complex challenges. As the architect for Arc Aspicio’s Strategy 2022, she now leads efforts to address challenges in other mission areas, including in law enforcement and justice and for non-profit, mission-based organizations.   
Brian Fogg
Vice President and Growth Officer, GDIT Federal Civilian Division
Mr. Fogg provides strategic leadership to GDIT’s Federal Civilian (FedCiv) growth enterprise. In this role, he focuses the group’s resources on driving innovative solutions into both new business opportunities as well as existing programs. As GDIT’s FedCiv Growth Officer, Mr. Fogg focuses on envisioning and defining both creative strategies for bringing innovative solutions to GDIT’s diverse federal marketplace. He is also a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences. He brings over 25 years of experience in technical leadership spanning federal civilian, defense, and intelligence, as well as commercial enterprises.
Gina Gallagher

Gina has over 30-years of business strategy, business development, and market experience having held numerous leadership and senior executive management positions in large to small-size companies in the federal market. As Chief Growth Officer, she will lead Sierra7’s business strategy and growth teams to ensure optimum client solutions and superior services to government agencies, to strengthen our customer relationships, and to support the continued expansion of Sierra7’s service to its clients.
Van Kirstein

He is an accomplished Senior Delivery Executive with over 25 years’ experience executing and authorizing delivery services and solutions to Federal Government clients, such as Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Intel, and Civilian agencies. Marty leads and amazingly talented team delivering exceptional results to the Federal Government while supporting business growth and corporate strategy in addition to leading Human Resources, Recruiting, Contracts, and the firm’s information technology groups. Prior to joining Jefferson Consulting Group, Marty served as the Chief Delivery Officer of Avantus Federal (formerly E3 Federal Solutions). In this role, he established a consistent company-wide program management approach and was instrumental in growing E3 Federal to 500+ employees before the company was acquired. 
Andrea McCarthy

Andrea C. McCarthy, President of Harp, is a results-oriented executive with over 20 years of business development, capture management, proposal and marketing experience. Skilled in executing the full lifecycle of cultivating, capturing and winning new business, Ms. McCarthy honed her expertise working for The Boeing Company, Northrop Grumman, and SAIC. She is highly networked within the Federal Homeland Security and Law Enforcement community with both government and industry. The information technology solutions she has experience with include application development, biometrics, cloud computing, legacy system migration as well as program management.

Prepares proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) issued by commercial and federal government clients. Supports small businesses in a variety of aspects to help them grow and pursue new strategic initiatives, including serving as a counselor with the East Tennessee Procurement Technical Assistance Center. 

Teresa Weipert

Teresa Weipert has more than 30 years of strategic government contracting experience in driving dynamic change for teams, customers, and the organizations she leads. Her transformational leadership style is built on bringing key stakeholders from across a business together for open dialogue to identify operational improvements. She excels at building teams that design and deliver innovative, technology-enabled solutions that meet mission-critical business requirements and drive growth. Today, she serves as the General Manager of the Federal Services Segment, where she is responsible for all operations, financial, and business development activities for the company’s U.S. Federal business. Ms. Weipert joined Maximus in 2021 with a focus on modernizing the company’s digital, enterprise IT, and BPO portfolios and putting the Federal division on a growth trajectory consistent with both the market opportunity and the relevance of the business to Maximus’ growth as a company.
