Tax Policy

Government contractors are subject to unique and often complex tax requirements above and beyond those faced by companies in the commercial marketplace, and tax compliance is often a pre-requisite for receiving federal contracts. PSC advocates for tax policies that treat contractors fairly—while also holding them accountable—and maintaining government’s access to a diverse and vibrant industrial base.
