Kevin Cummins 

Vice President, Technology 


Kevin Cummins serves as Vice President of Technology for PSC, where he leads work on tech and innovation issues, including federal government IT modernization. Prior to PSC, Kevin served as Senior Legislative Assistant for Sen. Tom Udall and has been instrumental in championing technology legislation in Congress including FITARA, Spectrum Relocation Fund Act, and other efforts to improve how the federal government acquires and uses information technology. A native of Seattle, Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington and master’s degree at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
