What will the conference platform look like?
The conference will be hosted on Zoom. 

How do I register?
The registration process remains the same. Click here to register . The PSC team will ensure that you have all that you need leading up to the conference.

How much does it cost to attend?
Registration Fees
Defense Day: $195 for PSC Members and $395 for nonmembers
Civilian Day: $195 for PSC Members and $395 for nonmembers
Defense & Civilian Day: $350 for PSC Members and $625 for nonmembers
Aren't able to attend but don't want to miss out on all the great content? Purchase on-demand access and watch all the sessions at your convenience. 

Will recordings be made available?
Yes! Recordings of sessions will be made available for all registrants following the conference. This way if something comes up and you can’t attend for the entirety of the event, you will be able to view the session on demand. A link to the recording will be sent to you in a follow-up email upon completion of the virtual conference.

How long is the virtual conference?
The 2023 Vision Strategic Planning Forum will be about 3 hours long each day. From 1 - 4 pm ET.

How will the sessions work?
Just like an in-person conference, the sessions will begin at specific scheduled times. Speakers will present through a live video stream that will begin automatically once you’ve clicked your individual access link. As an attendee, you will have access to a variety of widgets on that same screen including Chat and Q&A. You will be set to listen-only mode (muted and without the ability to share your webcam). Once registered, we will provide more direct and detailed guidelines for navigating this new experience.

When will the agenda be available?
Our conference agenda and list of speakers is available in the 'agenda' tab of this website.  But check back frequently as sessions and speakers can change!

Can I share my registration link with another member of my team?
No, the registration link cannot be shared. The virtual platform is designed to send registrants unique links to access the 2023 Vision Strategic Planning Forum. This means that only paid registrants will have access.

What if I need support during the conference?
If any support is needed, please email events@pscouncil.org so we can troubleshoot for you.

Do I need to have a webcam to attend in the virtual conference?
No, you do not need a webcam to attend the virtual conference. You will be in listen-only mode.
