The Department of Health and Human Services will look at topics focused on providing in-depth information on agency initiatives and opportunities. Emphasis will be on strategic plans, procurements and programs, technologies, trends and drivers, the political landscape, co-agency initiatives/roles, and outside influences.
  Dept. of Homeland Security

The Department of Homeland Security presentation will focus on providing information on agency initiatives. Emphasis will be on strategic plans, procurements and programs, technologies, trends and drivers, and outside influences. This team covers the individual components of: Department of Homeland Security HQ, CISA, Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Citizenship and Immigration Services, Transportation Security Administration, Federal Emergency Management Agency. Each of the component team builds their forecast assessment as part of the overall team.
 
  Customer Experience
12:10 p.m. ET

With today’s focus on improving government services, PSC formed a Vision Forecast team to focus on citizen services and/or customer experience (CX).  This team focuses on identifying the priorities and challenges agencies are having when improving services from the perspective of governance, strategy, performance measures, design thinking, culture, and customer research and understanding. The Biden-Harris Administration's  PMA, Priority #2  "Delivering Excellent, Equitable and Secure Federal Services and Customer Experience" and EX 14058, Transforming Federal Customer Experience and Service Delivery to Rebuild Trust in Government, which was signed in December 2021  provide the policy framework to drive improvement in government services.  Analysis and insights from discussions conducted with the OMB, agency customer experience and digital services teams, and IT staff will be provided at this year’s conference.

Emphasis will be on strategic plans, procurements and programs, technologies, trends and drivers, the political landscape, co-agency initiatives/roles, and outside influences.

 

Dept. of Agriculture
2:20 p.m. ET

The Department of Agriculture presentation will focus on providing information on agency initiatives. Emphasis will be on strategic plans, procurements and programs, technologies, trends and drivers, and outside influences.

 

Office of Personnel Management 
2:55 p.m. ET

OPM presentation will focus on the impact of the new Leadership, NAPA report, and Executive Order 13986. Emphasis will be on budget, technology, and procurement trends and the agency’s ask from the industry. 

 

Environmental Protection Agency
