Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Plans and Posture
Sam Brannen is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Plans and Posture in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSDP). He has responsibility for developing and implementing policy, strategic guidance, and oversight of the Department of Defense’s (DoD) operational planning and overseas posture. Full bio. 
  Pierre Chao
Founding Partner, Renaissance Strategic Advisors
Mr. Chao is a founding partner of Renaissance Strategic Advisors and a co-founder of Enlightenment Capital. He brings three decades of aerospace/defense strategy management consulting, investment banking, equity analysis, investing, and policy analysis expertise. Prior to establishing RSAdvisors, Mr. Chao was the Director of Defense-Industrial Initiatives at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington D.C.-based, non-partisan defense and foreign policy think tank, from 2003-2007; where he still remains as a Senior Associate. Full bio.
Nyla Beth Gawel
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Acting Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, SAIC
Nyla Beth Gawel is senior vice president, responsible for corporate strategy, and acting chief marketing and communications officer for SAIC. She is responsible for developing the company’s strategy to drive organic growth and strengthen its capabilities to deliver transformational solutions to federal government customers. She also works with leaders from across the organization to ensure strategic business plans are aligned and successfully executed. As acting chief marketing and communications officer, Gawel is responsible for SAIC’s corporate reputation and brand management; external communications; public relations; digital and social media; thought leadership; events and trade shows; financial communications; and crisis management. Gawel is also responsible for advancing business strategy through the development of a highly successful and unified brand presence. 
Ron Hahn
EVP, Strategic Growth
Ron serves as the Executive Vice President, Strategic Growth Organization at Amentum. He is responsible for the development of a comprehensive growth strategy that includes evaluation of growth markets, development of new capabilities and expanding Amentum to new clients and markets. Ron also has key other growth initiatives under his direction to include Amentum’s Advanced Technology Office, IDIQ/GWACs, marketing and communications, government relations, business development operations, and competitive intelligence.
Vince Holloway
Vice President, Defense Information Technology Services, Tetra Tech
Vincent Holloway is Vice President, Defense Information Technology Services in Tetra Tech’s Arlington, VA office. Vince has 36 years of experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in various technical, management, and leadership positions. His experience includes over 20 years as an Army Signal Corps Officer in technical and tactical assignments around the world, including his final assignment at the Defense Information Systems Agency. Vince also worked with clients as a DoD and Army consultant for 15 years on the development, acquisition, and deployment of enterprise information technology solutions.
Richard Pineda
President & Chief Executive Officer
As CALIBRE’s President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Richard Pineda is responsible for establishing and overseeing the company’s strategic direction; establishing corporate policies; and managing the overall business, financial performance, and CALIBRE’s long-term growth. Mr. Pineda comes to CALIBRE through the company’s acquisition of Spear, Inc., a professional Information Technology (IT) solutions provider.

Joe Rixey 
Vice President, Global Program Support, Lockheed Martin Government Affairs 
Joe Rixey is the Vice President for Global Program Support in Lockheed Martin Government Affairs (LMGA).  In this capacity, Mr. Rixey is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the relationship between Lockheed Martin and key US Government departments, agencies and components focused on international relations and U.S. defense sales as it pertains to pursuits internationally.  Mr. Rixey joined LMGA in November 2017.
 
John Slota
Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT)
John Slota is the Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). In this position, John sets the company’s growth strategy and drives technology and business development initiatives. He is responsible for leading the integrated growth teams that serve GDIT’s defense, intelligence, and federal civilian divisions. He also oversees GDIT’s marketing and external communications function. John joined GDIT in 2020 and has more than 30 years of experience in the Defense Industry.    
 
Bruce W. Stephenson

Bruce Stephenson currently serves as Leidos’ Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Special Projects. In this role, he is responsible for working with our senior leadership team to develop and refine our enterprise strategy as we continue on our strong trajectory of growth. He is also responsible for working with business leaders across the company to drive the strategy to execution through a range of corporate initiatives. Stephenson has more than 30 years of experience in strategy and operations, working with senior executives to develop and implement strategies for growth and improved company performance.

Mark is a leading public sector advisory expert with more than 20 years of experience in health, technology, and cybersecurity. He leads the ICF team that supports public sector clients by providing advisory and implementation services in various fields, including communications, social programs, cybersecurity, technology, and health.
Threase A. Baker
President, ABBTECH
Threase A. Baker joined ABBTECH in 2001 and has nearly thirty five years’ experience in all areas of the staffing industry with emphasis on corporate recruiting, executive placement and staff augmentation. Her customer focus includes both government and commercial services. Prior to her current role at ABBTECH, Mrs. Baker worked as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System project manager which provided vital perspectives on the Information Technology (IT) industry and process. Threase carries two staffing certifications – CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) and TSC (Technical Services Certification)- both through the American Staffing Association. She sits on the board of the most influential industry associations, including the American Staffing Association and TechServe Alliance. She is also an advisor for multiple local institutions and education organizations and has a special interest in advocating for women in business.
Brian Fogg
VP and Growth Officer for the GDIT Federal Civilian Division
Mr. Fogg provides strategic leadership to GDIT’s Federal Civilian (FedCiv) growth enterprise. In this role, he focuses the group’s resources on driving innovative solutions into both new business opportunities as well as existing programs. As GDIT’s FedCiv Growth Officer, Mr. Fogg focuses on envisioning and defining both creative strategies for bringing innovative solutions to GDIT’s diverse federal marketplace. He is also a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences. He brings over 25 years of experience in technical leadership spanning federal civilian, defense, and intelligence, as well as commercial enterprises.

Andrea C. McCarthy, President of Harp, is a results-oriented executive with over 20 years of business development, capture management, proposal and marketing experience. Skilled in executing the full lifecycle of cultivating, capturing and winning new business, Ms. McCarthy honed her expertise working for The Boeing Company, Northrop Grumman, and SAIC. She is highly networked within the Federal Homeland Security and Law Enforcement community with both government and industry. The information technology solutions she has experience with include application development, biometrics, cloud computing, legacy system migration as well as program management.
Todd Pantezzi
Chief Strategy Officer, CVP
In this role, he is responsible for accelerating CVP’s growth strategies across its accounts and enhancing CVP’s client delivery in federal health. Pantezzi has 30 years of experience in sales, capture, delivery, and market strategy, supporting major federal health agencies. He has expertise in health topics, including electronic health records, survey research, bioinformatics, Medicare and Medicaid, and disease surveillance systems. Prior to joining CVP, Pantezzi spent three years as the Health Business Development VP for Perspecta. At Perspecta, he built and led a team that qualified and prosecuted a $2B pipeline across HHS, VA, and DHA. Pantezzi served in lead business development executive positions for government health at several large businesses, including SRA, Pearson, UnitedHealthGroup, CSC, and ICF.
  Joshua Rubin

As the Chief Growth Officer at ArdentMC, Joshua Rubin, leads corporate growth strategy and execution; integrating cutting-edge technology practices with deep market understanding and mission focus.  Mr. Rubin brings over 15 years of experience building winning teams and leading business development in the federal civilian and national security sectors. Previously, as the Chief Growth Officer at Evoke Consulting and Sevatec, Inc., he achieved aggressive corporate growth and positioning in high-value clients that elevated market presence and increased enterprise value.  Josh received his B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Stephanie Wilson

Stephanie joined NetImpact’s leadership team in January 2016 and assumed the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role in February of 2020.
