President Signs NDAA, PSC Summary Available

After contentious Congressional debate, an initial Presidential veto, and a subsequent agreement on a two-year bipartisan spending plan, the fiscal year 2016 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) was signed by the President on November 25.

PSC has the breakdown of relevant acquisition reform and other important policy provisions affecting the professional and technology industry that resulted from this first round of a multi-year defense reform effort by Congress. Commercial item acquisitions, acquisition workforce, and information technology improvements – some of which have government-wide application – are among the key themes of this year’s NDAA.
