Membership Associate

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid) | Full-Time

The Professional Services Council (PSC) is the leading trade association representing the federal services and technology industry. We advocate for more than 400 member companies providing mission-critical solutions to the U.S. government.

Why This Role Matters

The Membership Associate drives PSC’s growth by recruiting, retaining, and engaging member companies. This role supports the full membership pipeline from research and outreach to closing and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research prospective companies and maintain prospect lists
  • Conduct outreach and manage the sales pipeline
  • Support renewals and onboarding for new members
  • Prepare invoices and track engagement using CRM/AMS
  • Support membership events, orientations, and conferences

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, membership, or customer service
  • Proven pipeline management and goal attainment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • CRM or AMS experience
  • In-office at least three days per week

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary from $60,000, commensurate with experience
  • Potential 10% annual performance bonus
