Membership Associate
Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid) | Full-Time
The Professional Services Council (PSC) is the leading trade association representing the federal services
and technology industry. We advocate for more than 400 member companies providing mission-critical solutions to the U.S. government.
Why This Role Matters
The Membership Associate drives PSC’s growth by recruiting, retaining, and engaging member companies. This role supports the full
membership pipeline from research and outreach to closing and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective companies and maintain prospect lists
- Conduct outreach and manage the sales pipeline
- Support renewals and onboarding for new members
- Prepare invoices and track engagement using CRM/AMS
- Support membership events, orientations, and conferences
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, membership, or customer service
- Proven pipeline management and goal attainment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- CRM or AMS experience
- In-office at least three days per week
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary from $60,000, commensurate with experience
- Potential 10% annual performance bonus

Sr. Associate, Events
Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office) | Full-Time
Bring your event expertise to the table where government and industry meet—join PSC as our next Sr. Associate, Events.
At the Professional Services Council (PSC), you’ll join a collaborative team that connects the companies driving innovation in government with the leaders shaping federal policy. Our events create opportunities for insight, influence, and connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage conferences, programs, and meetings from concept through completion
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, contracts, and budgets
- Oversee event communications, registrations, and attendee engagement
- Partner with Marketing and Membership to drive participation and visibility
- Maintain event data in PSC’s AMS/CRM system
- Support sponsorship fulfillment and on-site event execution
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in event management or project coordination
- Proven success managing multiple programs and deadlines
- Experience engaging senior corporate and government leaders
- Proficiency with AMS/CRM systems (iMIS, HubSpot, or similar)
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Zoom, Teams, WorkCast, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Availability for occasional evening/weekend events and limited travel
