Industrial Base & Competition

A healthy government contractor industrial base is critical to successful achievement of federal agency missions. In addition to other companies, contractors compete for work with non-profits, FFRDCs, university research centers, federal laboratories, and agencies themselves. PSC works to implement policies that facilitate federal agencies’ access to the full range of contractors’ capabilities and support a well-balanced industrial base.
