PSC Comments on the RFO
On July 23, 2026, PSC submitted comments on four proposed rules associated with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), a landmark opportunity to modernize the federal acquisition system. Informed by member input, PSC's comments focus on key elements of the American industrial base, such as appropriate contractor protections, clear implementation guidance and transition periods, and confidence that final rules promote innovation, competition, and desired acquisition outcomes.
