Appropriations & Budget

Annual appropriations legislation—whether through standalone bills, omnibus legislation, or a Continuing Resolution (CR)—specify the funds to be provided to each federal agency, and often contain policy provisions addressing federal acquisition. In recent years, federal budgets have also been impacted by contentious debates over sequestration, the debt ceiling, and related issues. PSC closely monitors federal appropriations and budgets and works with policymakers to pursue funding stability and address related policy issues.
