CSA Recognized for Veteran Hiring and Retention Efforts by the Department of Labor

Client Solution Architects (CSA) was presented with the Department of Labor's 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award in recognition of the company's support, commitment and long-term career and growth plan for former military service members in its workforce. CSA earned the gold award in the large business category. The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act) Medallion Program is the only federal award program recognizing employers who successfully recruit, hire and retain veterans.  

"Our military veterans are the driving force behind CSA," said Amy Bleken, CSA chief executive officer. "Veterans comprise more than 52 percent of our CSA workforce across the globe, and each one brings skills, experience and values that are vital to the work we do to support our customers’ missions."  

CSA joins 858 other companies from 49 states, plus the District of Columbia, who are committed to hiring veterans and ensuring they have a long-term career and growth plan that uses the diverse skills they acquired through their military service.

"And I have seen first-hand the value veterans bring to organizations. As an employer, it's our responsibility to create a welcoming workplace for those seeking to build on their military experience or continue to serve close to the mission.

Recipients of the 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award meet rigorous employment and veteran integration assistance criteria, including veteran hiring and retention percentages, availability of veteran-specific resources, leadership programming for veterans, dedicated human resource efforts, pay compensation and tuition assistance programs for veterans. More than 1,600 employers have earned a HIRE Vets Medallion Award since 2018.
