Each year, dozens of bills are introduced in Congress that would add, change or eliminate requirements and processes for federal acquisition—prominently including the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). PSC works closely with legislators and key congressional committees to ensure that enacted legislation promotes the best interests of government, contractors/industry, and taxpayers.
