Northern Virginia Chamber (NVC) and the Professional Services Council (PSC) Announce Finalists for the 2025 Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards


Arlington, VA (August 22, 2025) -- The Northern Virginia Chamber (NVC)  and the Professional Services Council (PSC) announced the finalists for the 23rd Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards® (GovCon Awards) during the invitation-only Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards® Finalists Reception on Thursday, August 21, 2005, at the Westwood Country Club in Vienna, Virginia.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie gala—dubbed the "Academy Awards of Government Contracting” —in early November.  That event will bring together over 1,000 of the region’s most influential industry, government, and civic leaders in an evening of powerful recognition, high-energy networking, and industry pride.

Presented by NVC and PSC, the GovCon Awards spotlight the organizations and executives who deliver bold solutions, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact in service to the Greater Washington region and our nation.

The 2025 GovCon Awards Nominating Committeeco-chaired by Jamie Graham (Director of Business Development, KippsDeSanto & Co.) and Mandy What (Partner, RSM)—received nearly 200 applications for this year's awards. After careful deliberation, the Selection Panel chose 37 finalists, who were recognized at last night's reception.

Presented by NVC and PSC, the GovCon Awards spotlight the organizations and executives who deliver bold solutions, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact in service to the Greater Washington region and out nation.

  • Bonnie Cook (Executive Vice President and Chief Performance Officer, MANTECH) provided information regarding the LaFleur-Chason Hall of Fame, including past inductees. This year’s Hall of Fame inductee will be announced shortly.
  • Daniel Drummond (Head of External Communications, Peraton) teased the 2025 Program of the Year Award, which will be announced live at the November gala.

The 2025 Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards® will be hosted on Wednesday, November 5 at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. Early access tickets to the GovCon Awards are available to finalists. General admission ticket sales will start on Monday, September 8.
