PSC Elects New 2026 Board Members and Leadership


Amentum CEO John Heller to Serve as 2026 Board Chair 


Arlington, Va. (December 11, 2025) -- The Professional Services Council (PSC) elected new 2026 Board Officers, in addition to one new executive committee member and five new board members, during its Board of Directors meeting on Thursday. John Heller, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Amentum, a global leader in innovative technology solutions with 50,000 employees across the world, will serve as PSC’s new board chair. These changes will take effect on January 1, 2026.

“PSC’s board represents the best of the government contracting community,” said PSC CEO James Carroll. “Under John Heller’s leadership, the PSC board will continue to play an essential role in guiding PSC in the coming year and ensure our standing as the premier trade associate and advocate for federal contractors.”

The PSC Board of Directors consists of executives who have shown leadership and commitment to PSC’s goals of building a fair and competitive federal contracting industry. They are from member companies varying in size and scope to reflect the breadth and depth of companies who support federal departments and agencies. PSC Board members serve three-year terms, and Executive Committee members serve one-year terms.    

The Board is responsible for policy oversight and setting the association's direction.
