Please join PSC’s Cybersecurity Working Group for a discussion and overview of “Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement: Assessing Contractor Implementation of Cybersecurity Requirements” (DFARS Case 2019–D041) on Wednesday, September 17, 2025; from 1:00-2:00pm virtually.

This final rule incorporates the contractual requirements related to the CMMC Program and is effective 60 days after the publication date of September 10, 2025. Click here to register.
