PSC BID Working Group
DESCRIPTION
The BID Working Group is a member-driven forum focused on strengthening the health, resilience, and long-term growth of the federal industrial base. Over a 12-month mandate in 2026, the group will examine how policies, regulations, and market dynamics including FAR changes, AI adoption, workforce pressures, and competition requirements are affecting contractor growth and sustainability. Through shared business intelligence, data-driven analysis, and peer exchange, the working group will develop practical insights and tools to help PSC members better anticipate market shifts, navigate compliance and competition challenges, and build more resilient business strategies in a changing federal marketplace.
