MEETING DESCRIPTION On January 7, President Trump signed Executive Order 14372, Prioritizing the Warfighter in Defense Contracting, which has the potential to impact defense contractors significantly by limiting stock buybacks, dividends, and executive compensation. Given the significant impact of this Executive Order, Sidley and Wiley colleagues have agreed to participate in a briefing for all interested PSC members. PSC is committed to sharing up-to-date information with our members regarding implementation of this Executive Order.
