MEETING DESCRIPTION
Learn how federal Chief Financial Officers are translating Administration priorities around efficiency, mission outcomes, and accountability into measurable results. Hear perspectives directly from HHS, DEA, Commerce, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on how they are mitigating fraud, waste, and abuse; adopting technology (e.g. AI and analytical tools); and thinking through the opportunities and challenges involved with using data to better support financial and operational decision-making. Government speakers will discuss the processes and thinking that drives their investment decisions, resource planning, and the talent / workforce strategies needed to support a mission-focused and data driven approach to financial management. Walk away with will a better understanding of how industry can best support financial and operational management initiatives across these civilian agencies.
